    Pretty Dress!

    This dress is very pretty, the pleated skirt looks great!

    Top part has no stretch , I’m 5.5” so it’s ankle length on me !

    flawed dress

    I ordered this dress well in advance of an international wedding I would be attending in Germany. The hem of this dress arrived visibly distorted and flipped upward in several places. I originally chalked it up to the packaging and felt confident I could steam it once I took it out of my suitcase in Germany. I tried steaming it, but it did not correct the problem, and multiple professional cleaners in Germany told me they could not fix the pleating. As a result, I was unable to wear the dress and had to purchase another dress for the wedding.

    I explained to ASTR that I had purchased the dress early specifically for an international wedding and had spent time trying to resolve the issue while traveling. Unfortunately, they refused to accept the dress for return because it was outside their return window. I was very disappointed that they were unwilling to make an exception under the circumstances.
