Lovely Dress

Open tie back dress

I like this dress- however, I dont LOVE the dress. I am 5'5, 135 lbs and a 34A and ordered a size small. It fits well. The ruffling on the front of the dress that covers the elastic is the downfall in my opinion- I think it would look much more flattering if this detailing didnt cover the elastic because it excentuates the waist- which is flattering. Overall it's an ok dress- I ordered it for a wedding, however, I am not sure- I amy be rreturning it.
