Im usually a medium w a 34in chest, 29in waist and 40in hips. For this I sized down as I figured I wanted it to be more form fitting and it is so stunning. Very classy. Wrinkles a little easy but my steamer has no problem fixing that. Short girl friendly. Im 5’2 and it hits at my shins
