The colors are so beautiful and the pleating is nice. I listened to the reviews about it running small, and ended up needing my regular size. I would say this runs TTS.

Undisclosed Fit Issue + Disappointing Customer Support
This was my first order and I spent almost $300, so I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately the dress has a fit issue that was not disclosed — it runs significantly large. I ordered my usual size and it was completely unwearable.
I contacted customer service immediately because this was a product fit issue, not personal preference, and was told nothing could be done due to final sale. I was genuinely surprised by how little effort there was to support a new customer or preserve long-term loyalty.
At this point I’m hesitant to place another order unless this is resolved. I am asking for someone from the team to reach out directly to help make this right.

Pretty!
This dress is very pretty. I would definitely say the color in person is more pink than purple. It's also a bittt tight in the chest area (34 DD) but it was so pretty I decided to keep it and wear it without a bra or with a bra that doesn't add too much lift.
