Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem! We'll gladly take back your order within 28 days of your order ship date and credit you the full amount to your original form of payment.
Unfortunately, if the return is postmarked after 28 days of the order ship date we will not be able to accept the return.
Sale items that were purchased as final sale are not eligible for return.
All items must be sent back unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in the original condition it was sent with all the original tags still attached.
We're sorry, we don't offer exchanges. But you're more than welcome to return full priced items for a refund within 28 days of your order ship date and then place a new order.
How to Return Your Order
- Fill out the return form provided and include it with your return.
- Package all return items in the original packaging.
- Stick the Pre-Paid Shipping Label on the box. Please note, a flat fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the return shipping cost. If you've misplaced the return label, please contact us at CustomerCare@ASTRtheLabel.com for a replacement label.
- Drop the package off at your local UPS Location.
After You've Sent Your Return
Once your return has been received, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.
If the refund does not show up on your account after 10 business days, please feel free to contact us at Returns@ASTRtheLabel.com.
If you'd like to return items that were purchased with an eGift Card, please send back your items within 28 days of your order ship date and follow the standard return instructions. Once your return has been received and processed, a new eGift Card in the amount of the credit will be automatically emailed to you.
Please note, eGift Cards are non-refundable to the original purchaser of the eGift Card and they cannot be applied to an order that has already been placed.
