    Pretty but images kind of misleading

    I wanted this dress to work so badly because it's stunning in the photos! Unfortunately, what I couldn't see was the true fit. I ordered large in several dresses and all of them were slightly roomy, but not this one. It is too small in all the wrong places and too big in all the other wrong places. Here are a few things...

    - this one RUNS SMALL. The neck is short, but the chest is large and so is the back, but the waist is small and the waist/hip is very fitted to the first tiered layer.

    - the neck is short but I have a balanced torso, and my chest is large (bottom heavy, and measures as DD/DDD according to ABTF) but really more average, so I'm not sure if you need a longer or shorter torso to make this work...it was pulling me into a hunchback to get it to look as shown on the model.

    - the waist is tight and is meant to go slightly over the top of your behind. I zoomed in for a photo as I couldn't see this on the model. (Pic 2)

    I think this is made for more slender bodies, at least waist down.

    For reference I'm 5'4" (and 3/4), 160lbs, 32" natural waist, 34" waist, 44" hip and 40" chest.

    POSITIVES:

    - the fabric is gorgeous, fairly soft and the layers make it a good thickness without being heavy.

    - the halter has 6 buttons so you can adjust as you need (pic 3)

    - the front has a silver button hidden to keep the chest from opening too much with the cross cross straps. Great feature! (Pic4)

    Beautiful dress, fit perfectly other than top was much larger than expected- had to return. Wish I could've kept!

    For slender bodies
