Lesson learned
This is a $128 dress as thin as a napkin.. I should have checked before buying, but it is 100% polyester and you can feel how cheap it is. I ordered the sage color and upon trying it on, this faux-satin plastic fabric soaked up the lotion I applied an hour prior in 100 different spots.. so the dress was immediately ruined. My partner and I did some rehab on it with baking soda and a wash, when I finally had it semi wearable, steamed, and on, the button at the neckline IMMEDIATELY fell off… Save yourself the stress and money.
** I have 2 other dresses from ASTR that I love and rewear with no issue — this one just isn’t it **
