Lovely Dress!

I love everything about this dress! The fluttered sleeves add a very charming look and the asymmetrical part on the left-side is perfect. I purchased this dress in two colors (pink/blue and lilac) in small. I am 5'1 with a 27" waist and the dress was true to size for me. I would recommend!
