Runs small!

I was SO excited to receive this dress, the colors are beautiful. It unfortunately runs very small for my body type. I have an hourglass figure and the hips are much too tight. If you do not have large hips it may run TTS. For reference I am typically a 6/8, always size M, and will be exchanging for a L in hopes that works out.
