We've reimagined The Social Club as ASTR Rewards, rebuilt from the ground up with more ways to earn, better perks, and benefits that actually make a difference. You asked for free shipping, easier returns, and more ways to earn, and now they're all here. Plus, reaching higher tiers is easier and more attainable than ever.

What's New


ASTR Rewards isn’t just a name change, it’s a full upgrade. We’ve expanded beyond points and discounts to include the perks you asked for:


  • Free shipping on every order once you hit Insider tier

  • Free returns and extended windows at VIP

  • More ways to earn points beyond just shopping

  • Easier paths to unlock higher tiers

It’s designed to reward how you actually engage with ASTR, not just how often you check out.

You’ll still earn 1 point for every $1 spent. But now there are even more ways to earn points:


  • Leave a product review (bonus points for adding a photo or video!)

  • Add your birthday to your profile

  • Follow along on social

  • Subscribe to our email newsletter

  • And more! 

It all adds up faster, getting you to your next reward sooner.

A new tier experience


We’ve redesigned our tiers to feel more aligned with your ASTR experience: aspirational, elevated, and a little more personal. We're also introducing a new top tier: Icon – reserved for our most loyal customers.


Instead of Silver → Gold → Platinum, you’ll now move through: Member → Insider → VIP → Icon.


We've also lowered the thresholds so you can reach meaningful perks faster. Each tier builds on the last so that the more you shop, the more you unlock!

A quick note on points and rewards


Whatever points you had in our Social Club program are all still here. Nothing has been lost. We’ve simply made the way you redeem rewards more streamlined.


Rewards are now redeemed in $5 increments (up to $100 per order). That means fewer tiny redemptions, and more meaningful savings when you’re ready to use them.



Why the change


The Social Club was a great starting point but we wanted to build something that felt more aligned with what you’ve been asking for and how you shop today.


ASTR Rewards is more flexible, more rewarding, and built to give you real value not just at checkout, but throughout your entire experience with us.
