Yes, only registered customers can send referral invites.
Can I refer a friend outside of the U.S.?
Referrals are eligible if both referrer and friend are in the U.S., Canada, Australia, or Germany and are at least 18 years old.
Can I refer more than one friend?
Yes, we encourage sharing the love and inviting multiple friends! Note, that a new reward will be awarded for every friend that completes and eligible purchase.
How will my friends and me receive our reward?
Invited friends will receive a reward via email immediately after being invited. Once an invited friend completes a eligible purchase of $50 or more the referrer who sent the invite will receive a reward via email within 48 hrs of the friend's purchase date.
Can my friends use their reward more than once?
No, rewards granted to invited friends can only be used once.
How long will it take to receive my reward after my friend makes their first purchase?
Referral rewards are emailed within 2 days of your friend's first purchase.
Does my friend’s order have to be a certain value for me to receive my reward?
Yes, your friend must make a minimum purchase of $50 to redeem their reward.
Do referral rewards expire?
