There is a $5 fee on all returns. If you send items back within 14 days of their delivery date, we'll refund to your original payment method. Items sent back between 15 and 30 days of the delivery date will be issued store credit. Please note, we cannot accept returns on items over 30 days from their delivery date.

For orders over $75 (before tax and after discounts) we offer Free Standard Shipping within the continental U.S.* If you'd like to have your order expedited, we offer 3 Business Day, 2 Business Day, and Next Business Day options. Detailed shipping costs are available during checkout. 


Orders placed after 12pm PST will ship the next business day! Orders placed after 12PM PST on Friday will ship the following Monday. Standard shipping option does not guarantee same-day processing and shipping.






*Free Standard Shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, and Hawaii. At the moment we do not ship to US territories.

International shipping to Canada, UK, Australia and Germany is now available. It can usually take up to 3 business days for our team to pack and ship international orders, we appreciate your patience. Please enter your international address at checkout. Duties and taxes will automatically be calculated at checkout


All international orders are final sale with the only exception being damaged products. If your order is damaged, please provide images and email with the subject line: International Order.


Currently, we are only opening our international shipping options to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Germany. We plan on offering international shipping to majority of the world later this year.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes will be automatically calculated at checkout. We process our orders under DDP, delivery duty paid, which means the cost of shipping, import duties and taxes will be paid by the customer. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

ASTR The Label is implementing a Modified Return Policy on accounts that exceed our returns threshold. If you have placed orders more than three times in the last 12 months with a 90% or higher return rate, your account will be subject to return restrictions.

If placed under our Modified Return Policy, future returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This means that upon receiving your return, you will be refunded 85% of the total item value. Additionally, all access to our online returns portal will be removed and you will have to contact to make any returns in the future.

If the return is postmarked after 30 days of the order delivery date we will not be able to accept the return.

Sale items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

Refunds will be initiated upon scan at the Return Bar. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank account. Times may vary depending on your financial institution.

*Alaska & Hawaii: Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Once your order has been placed, your order will ship within 1-2 business days. Expedited orders placed by 12pm PST will ship the same day. You will receive an email with the tracking # once your order ships. Please note, we do not process or ship orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

Free Standard Shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, and Hawaii. For shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Micronesia, US Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, or Internationally, please use International Checkout.

A Pre-order items are not in stock currently but are expected to be available for a later time. The estimated delivery is displayed at on the product details page. When placing an order with a Pre-Order item, the item will be reserved for you and shipped out once the item is received at the warehouse. You will be charged at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time prior to shipment of the item and will receive a full refund. Once the item arrives, we will notify you by email.

All shipping costs are nonrefundable if your order is delivered within the specified delivery window. However, if your order arrives after the quoted delivery date, we encourage you to contact our customer service team to request a refund for the shipping cost. Please keep in mind that any delays caused by unforeseen weather conditions will not be eligible for a shipping cost refund.
