There is a $5 fee on all returns. If you send items back within 14 days of their ship date, we'll refund to your original payment method. Items sent back between 15 and 30 days of the ship date will be issued store credit. Please note, we cannot accept returns on items over 30 days from their ship date.

4. Return your items in-person

Shipping

Orders placed after 12 pm PST will ship the next business day! Orders placed after 12PM PST on Friday will ship the following Monday. Standard shipping option does not guarantee same-day processing and shipping.

*Free Standard Shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, and Hawaii. At the moment we do not ship to US territories.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping to Canada, UK, Australia and Germany is now available. Please enter your international address at checkout. Duties and taxes will automatically be calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All international orders are final sales with the only exception being damaged products. If your order is damaged, please provide images and email CustomerCare@ASTRtheLabel.com with the subject line: International Order.
