Pleasantly surprised, just not for me

I ordered this in medium and the orange poppy color. It's a perfect summer event dress. I was surprised when the package arrived - it was so lightweight, which I was not expecting with all the ruffles. Being that you can tie the shoulders, it was easy to adjust. However, I am a 34B and it was slightly gaping in the bust under my arms - a quick little stitch would have made it perfect. I am 5'7" and it went to my ankles. I ended up returning it. It honestly was great, but I think I would like it more without the shoulder ties. It just felt like it had a lot going on, a bit more fluff than my usual style.
